The Chamber hosts several events during the year, all of which you should take part in! From monthly network luncheons to all-out sportsmen weekends, the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce has something to suit your interests.

Network Luncheons – Most months, we host luncheons for our members to come together and network. Our program topics range from employee motivation to the benefits of shopping locally. The State of the Community comes around once each fall. In this program, public officials report to Chamber members on the current status of Angleton. Whether you are looking for an informative afternoon or simply an opportunity to network with fellow business owners, our Network Luncheons are the place to be on a Thursday afternoon.

Heritage Banquet – The Greater Angleton Chamber has operated for more than 50 years! Each year, we are proud to wrap up another successful year and excited to begin another. The Heritage Banquet is held every January to celebrate the successes of the past and the goals of the future. Chamber members come together for an evening of honoring the hard workers of the year and passing the torch to the next round of community movers and shakers.

Tournaments – We host some of the most exciting tournaments for the sportsman in Brazoria County! Twice a year, we hold golf tournaments that have gained a faithful following. September sees our Fall Golf Tournament, now going into its 27th year! In the spring, the annual Shot in Dark tournament comes around and yes, it is just as much fun as it sounds. The 2nd Annual Bays, Clays & Fairways Tournament will be played in March 2010. This is our biggest tournament yet, as it lasts for an entire 3-day weekend. Fishing, Clay-Shooting, and Golfing will make up this spectacular weekend. Keep an eye open for the tantalizing details!
