**Terms and Conditions**

Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, notices to you may be sent via email, posted online at angletonchamber.org, included with your bill, delivered by regular mail, or communicated via call or text message to your telephone number. It is your responsibility to check for such notices.

If you provide the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce with a mobile telephone number, you consent to receive text messages from or on behalf of the Chamber, including those sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition for purchasing or using our services. The Chamber may use text messages to provide notices under this Agreement or to offer updates and information related to the Chamber or this Agreement. You may incur charges related to these text messages. We aim to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). If you do not wish to receive text messages, you may opt out by notifying us. You can also opt out at the time of receipt of any text message or at any future time.

Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, notices from you to the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce must be made by calling our office at 979-849-6443, and such notices are effective as of the date our records show we received your call.

LEGAL NOTICES must be sent by overnight mail or certified mail to the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce, ATTN: Michele Allison, 222 N. Velasco St., Angleton, TX 77515.

References to "the Chamber" in the information above also pertain to the Greater Angleton Chamber of Commerce.
